Space Email network uses redundant and segmented infrastructure, firewalls, and access limited to required service ports. Webmail, SMTP, IMAP, and POP3 connections use modern TLS configured for Perfect Forward Secrecy; Webmail also uses HTTP Strict Transport Security and a maintained Content Security Policy. TLS is supported for server-to-server email delivery. Webmail supports OpenPGP (PGP/GPG) and S/MIME encryption, decryption, signing, and signature verification, including the upload and management of S/MIME certificates. Compatible desktop and mobile applications can also perform client-side encryption.
Space Email comes pre-configured with hardened application settings to drive authentication, protection and access control. The integrated Cloud Identity system protects user accounts with multi-factor authentication and regional blocks.
With Space Email, you have absolute control over your data. It is not mined for ads, fed to AI, or sold or used for anything other than to provide your cloud services. It is why liberty and freedom conscious people across the planet prefer Space Email for their email, cloud and business productivity needs. Content delivery networks process only static interface assets, not email messages or attachments. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal and direct bank transfers, and Space Email does not store full payment-card details.

The platform uses maintained open-source components with regular updates, security patches, penetration testing, and code and configuration reviews. Space Shield protections include two-factor authentication, application passwords, compromised-password checks, administrator-enforced password changes, brute-force protection, hardened authentication processes, salted bcrypt hashes passwords, and IP-based regional access restrictions. What's more it allows you to log and review access and security events, and users can inspect recent activity through Last Logins.
With Space Email CardDAVsync, you can recover your addressbook. And CalDAVsync makes your calendars synchronizing smoothly too. With IMAP, all your emails will be available, and you continue Space Emailing in no time on your new device. Daily backups are retained for up to 30 days, security and metadata logs for up to 180 days, and terminated-account data for up to 30 days unless earlier deletion is requested.
