If you don’t have a domain yet, you can register one instantly with us. Already own a domain? You can transfer it to us or simply add these DNS settings with your current provider if they support custom DNS management.

To get started, make sure you can edit the DNS records for your domain. You will need to add bunch of MX, TXT, and SRV records — no rocket science.
Follow the steps below to apply the necessary Space Email DNS records to your custom domain.
Mail Exchange (MX) records direct incoming email to your inbox. You should have only one MX record for Space Email.

The purpose of the autodiscover CNAME record is to automatically configure email clients.
This record allows email applications like Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, and others to automatically find the correct server settings (like IMAP, POP3, and SMTP servers) for your email account, so you don’t have to enter them manually. With the below CNAM records, the email client/App knows where to look for the configuration data it needs to set up your account in a few simple clicks.

DNS changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate fully. Once done, your Space Email system will be aligned with your domain.
